1 RETURN POLICY

Please contact percevalnail.com before returning any items.

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition, as stated in 1.1. Make sure to  include:

Customer contact information.

A brief description of your case.

A tracking number and a receipt/ order confirmation

 

1.1 CONDITION

Credit and exchanges for other Perceval Nail products can be only given when:

Products are sold less than 30 days based on invoice date

Products are not used

Products are not contaminated by Perceval Nail products or other products.

Products are not removed or repackage from the original jars or bottles

Return with the approval from Perceval Nail and credit is given by Perceval Nail for exchanges or later purchases after inspection in Perceval Nail warehouse.

 

1.2 Shipping

After receiving confirmation from Perceval Nail, please send your product to:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

2. REFUND POLICY

Perceval Nail refund is in the form of store credit. The credit or exchange will be the same amount as the invoice.
